General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and dk wing (hereinafter "dk wing", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://dk-wing.com and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content made available through the platform.

By accessing any part of the dk wing platform — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. dk wing employs automated systems and manual review processes to verify player ages and identities. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or closure.

Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on dk wing. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered account will be closed and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. This information is used for identity verification, account security, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, dk wing is required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for your account. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and address.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name, or a bank statement for bank transfer accounts.
• A selfie or live photo holding your ID document, where requested by our compliance team.

KYC documents must be clear, unedited, and submitted in image or PDF format. Documents showing signs of editing, cropping of key information, or poor quality that prevents verification will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit. dk wing aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving a complete document set, though during peak periods this may extend to 5 business days.

Account credentials — including your username and password — are personal and must not be shared with any third party. dk wing will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on dk wing are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dk wing does not apply currency conversion charges to player balances. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits which may be updated periodically:

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant deposit processing; withdrawals typically settled within a few hours for KYC-verified accounts.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits apply per method and may be adjusted based on account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating payment method.
• dk wing does not accept deposits made with funds obtained from illegal activity. Any funds identified as being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be frozen, reported to relevant authorities, and the associated account permanently closed.
• Deposit bonuses, where applicable, are credited automatically or via the bonus redemption process described in the specific promotion terms. Deposits made without opting into a bonus offer before depositing cannot be retroactively assigned a bonus.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment method previously used to make a successful deposit on your account, or a pre-approved alternative method following a written request to our support team.
• Withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification on your account before processing can begin. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• dk wing reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player at any time before processing begins, at which point the funds will be returned to the player's casino balance. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

dk wing offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant occasions in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus constitute fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash without completing wagering requirements, and have no monetary value outside of the dk wing platform.
• dk wing reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms in effect at the time of crediting will apply for that instance.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• If dk wing determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to exclude that player from all future promotional offers.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the dk wing platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and general standards of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Creating more than one account on the dk wing platform, whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a way that simulates or replaces genuine human play.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion with other players or third parties to influence game or match outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or obvious error are void and will be removed from the account balance. dk wing must be notified immediately of any technical fault discovered.
• Using the platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward dk wing staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts, the dk wing admin systems, or any other restricted area of the platform.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other person or allowing any other individual to use your account.

dk wing employs automated fraud detection systems, manual account review, and third-party verification services to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, dk wing reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice to the player, including suspending access to the account, withholding pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently closing the account if the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may initiate account closure at any time. Players wishing to close their dk wing account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any eligible remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of closure confirmation.

dk wing reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Provision of fraudulent, false, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Identification of account activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of automated software, bot usage, or any other form of cheating or unfair play.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that prevent dk wing from continuing to offer services to a specific player or jurisdiction.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to stop gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion can be set for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum permanent) or as an indefinite exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. dk wing will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded players. Limitation of Liability

The dk wing platform and all content, games, and services provided through it are offered on an "as available" basis. While dk wing makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted, secure, and accurate service delivery, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, security breaches, or data loss at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk wing's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. dk wing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of gaming sessions.

• dk wing is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, network outages, or power interruptions outside of our direct control.
• dk wing is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.
• dk wing is not responsible for the tax implications of gambling winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to declare and pay any applicable taxes on gambling winnings.
• dk wing does not guarantee the accuracy of odds or sports data provided through the sportsbook in real time. In the event of an obvious odds error, dk wing reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and dk wing with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
